IMS Certifications follow a structured certification process that ensures our clients receive the quality results they are looking for. The process of every certification begins with an Application, submitted by our clients, where they have mentioned their specific goals and interests. After the submission of Application, our team provides a Quotation that outlines the scope of work, costs and timelines. Once the client accepts the quotation, then we finalize the Contract where every information related to certification is added, ensuring that both parties are aware of their responsibilities. After finalizing the contract, we conduct a Pre-audit (optional) in order to prepare client for formal audit. This is followed by Document Review, where we takes the clients documentation and readiness for the Certification Audit. This stage provides an opportunity for client to address any gaps or non-conformities before the formal audit.
After the successful Document Review, we begin Certification Audit, which involves in-dept. assessment of the clients management system. If the client meet all the required standards, then we grant them Certification for 3 Years. To maintain the certification, the business is required to undergo Surveillance Audits at regular intervals, as specified in the contract. These audits shows that the client is ready to meet the standard requirements and opportunity for continual improvements. In this certification cycle, our team provides support and guidance to the businesses in order to maintain their certification and help them achieve their objectives. By following this structured process, we ensure that our clients receive a certification that is globally accepted. Our certification process is designed to be rigorous yet fair, and we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet our clients need. With the main focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, we tries our best to make this certification process as easier as possible, while maintaining the integrity of the standard.
